Customized Products:
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized pieces. We highly recommend reviewing and confirming all customization details before placing your order to ensure accuracy.
Products Warranty:
For Plated pieces, you can always require plating your products in case of color change. To avoid color change, keep your pieces away from alcohol, perfumes, oil, creams, and soap, etc.
Returns within 15 Days:
If you are not completely satisfied with your non-customized purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The returned item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and documents.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item(s).
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-3 business days. Please note that this processing time may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such cases. For customized orders 7-10 days, however, if order is needed earlier, we may check possibility of processing the order faster to deliver according to your event/need.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs procedures, and any unforeseen delays that may occur during transit. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can stay updated on its progress.
Shipping Fees:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the specified country/region.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours (about 2 days) for the tracking information to be updated.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
